1. The service

LeadSniper finds publicly listed local businesses in an area you specify, runs automated checks against their public websites, and drafts outreach messages you can send yourself. It is a research and drafting tool.

2. Licenses & accounts

• Free searches are limited per visitor and connection, as stated on the site.
• Paid packs are sold through Gumroad and unlock with the license key from your receipt. One license per purchaser — sharing, reselling, or automating access may result in termination without refund.
• 1 run = 1 niche + location search. Sparse areas are auto-widened, and a search that still comes up thin is not charged — as described on the site.

3. Acceptable use — outreach rules (important)

• Send from your own email — you will not attempt to route outreach through our systems (there is no such feature, by design).
• Identify yourself truthfully — real name/business, honest subject lines, no deceptive headers or false claims.
• Respect opt-outs — if a recipient asks to not hear from you again, that is the end of it.
• Know your local law — comply with the rules that apply to you and your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada, GDPR/PECR in Europe). Those laws decide consent, identification, and unsubscribe requirements for your outreach — not us.
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, scams, or anything unlawful.

Accounts used in violation of this section may be terminated and remaining runs forfeited.

4. AI drafts

Drafts are generated by AI or templates and are suggestions, not finished work. AI can make mistakes, invent details, or phrase things awkwardly — review every draft before sending. You are the author of anything you send.

5. Data sources & accuracy

Business listings come from public directories (principally OpenStreetMap, data © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and automated checks of public websites. Listings can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong; audit results are a snapshot in time, not a guarantee of current status. Verify before you act.

6. Payments & refunds

Purchases, receipts, and refunds are handled by Gumroad under Gumroad's terms. If something went wrong with your activation, contact us — we make it right.

7. Your content

Your business profile and generated drafts are yours. We may store them (tied to your license) to provide the service, and delete them on request.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse: spam, license sharing, attempts to break the service or its rate limits, or unlawful use.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
